Converse. One TRELYAN voice. I will not hail a car, invent a permit, or pretend MainNet receipts are live. Ask about Ride or QUANTOM as they actually are.
Several models. One TRELYAN voice.
Converse is the customer channel for Ride and for QUANTOM. GPT, watsonx, Fable 5, and Grok may be consulted in parallel; you hear TRELYAN, not four vendors. This is not remote assistance, not a booking desk, and not a claim the fleet is legally operating.
Speak here. The API is the same path the apps will call.
Native iOS/Android clients POST to /api/converse with CORS origins you configure. If this host has no provider keys, replies still come from a local TRELYAN orchestrator and the payload is labeled mode: degraded.
Cabin channel, not a second product personality.
Trip, access, aftermath
Where the product stands, how apps and waitlists work, accessibility intent, receipts language, how to reach a human inbox. Answers should be checkable against this site and trelyan.foundation/verify.
Drive, litigate, or pretend
Converse is not remote assistance, not a lawyer, not a medical service, and not a claim that the fleet is legally operating. If it does not know, it says so.
Routing is an implementation detail. Voice is not.
GPT, watsonx, Claude Fable 5, and Grok are consulted when their keys exist. Missing keys do not fail the conversation. Drafts are merged into one reply. Customer support uses the same API at /support. The style requirement is unchanged: no exclamation surplus, no “I’m excited to help you hail.”
This desk, and the native shells.
Store listings are still placeholders. When TestFlight or Play builds exist, they should call this API — not a second personality. Waitlists: /download. Logs, when live providers are used, leave this host for those vendors; see the Privacy Policy template.
