1. Website and APIs
- No scanning, flooding, or exploiting /api/waitlist beyond ordinary use.
- No impersonating TRELYAN, forging receipts, or minting fake Falcon signatures.
- No scraping that impairs the service; no use of the mark to run ads we did not buy.
- No uploading malware in notes fields.
2. Waitlists and communications
- Provide an email you control. Do not list others without authority.
- No social-engineering our staff into issuing store keys or APKs.
3. Apps and Converse
- No reverse engineering for the purpose of attacking riders or the fleet, beyond rights that mandatory law preserves.
- No using Converse to generate criminal instructions, CSAM, or malware.
- No attempting to jailbreak the cabin assistant into claiming permits we do not have.
4. Cabin and vehicle (when a service exists)
- No assault, sexual harassment, or trafficking.
- No weapons or illegal drugs; no hazardous cargo.
- No covering, painting, or blinding sensors; no interfering with doors or emergency stop.
- No forcing the vehicle out of its ODD (e.g. commanding unsafe motion through Converse).
- No filming other passengers in violation of law or posted cabin rules.
5. Enforcement
We may delete waitlist rows, ban accounts, involve law enforcement, and refuse future service. Report abuse to trelyan@agentmail.to or fondation@trelyan.ch. Emergencies: local emergency numbers first.
